Dream / The Earliest Dream I Remember

a pile of soft minky baby blankets with dotted backing and silky trim. They are various pastel colors and look really soft!
These were the specific type of blanket that I had as a child, although I never had them in any colors other than pink, cream, or white. I think the specific one I had in my dream was cream colored?

This dream happened back when I was very, very young (think toddler age). The only reason I remember it in the first place is from remembering past me remembering it. So it's probably really inaccurate.

Anyway, when I was a toddler, I used to really like blanketsnoteIncredibly unique toddler interest, I know. I had like a gazillion different blankets, and each one had different lore behind it. I think there was one that was the king of blankets, and one that was a messenger for the king blanket or something like that.

In my dream, I was in the spare bedroom, cuddling with my favorite blanket. But all of a sudden, the blanket flew from my arms and out the window. I wasn't able to reach for it in time, and it was gone forever. Then I woke up. I was really sad, but I was glad that it was just a bad dream.
